We offer a speedy and economical repair service
We repair Waterline instruments as well as evaluate and repair if able most other brands. We use our own Waterline parts on all repairs. We do our best to keep the customer in mind when diagnosing and performing repairs and are known to keep repair prices as economical as possible. We cannot provide repair estimates until we have evaluated the unit in our shop. There is a minimum evaluation/diagnostic charge that begins at $48 per unit.

Clean and Service
Depending on the condition of the unit.
- Cleaning consists of cleaning the tape or coax, reel, and electronics
- Service consists of diagnosing issues with the unit, repairing any surface damage on the tape or coax and covering cuts, checking the electronics and battery, replacing any missing clips, and spot checking the calibration.
- There is a minimum evaluation/diagnostic charge that begins at $48 per unit, and is based on the size/condition of the unit. All units are cleaned to assess the whole instrument and to be able to identify damage or other issues in need of repair.
- Standard replacement lengths of tape will be used to replace damaged sections.
- Coax is available in limited, unmarked lengths. Replacement lengths are calibrated but NOT marked.
