Sales Tax applies to Washington State orders only.
1st time orders must be prepaid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or wire transfer.
Subsequent orders are Net 30 days for customers in good standing. A monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be applied to accounts exceeding the 30 day term. We reserve the right to require prepayment on any invoice, for any customer.
Orders outside the USA require prepayment by wire transfer. Due to high shipping costs outside the USA, customers are advised to have their own broker and shipping arrangements from an east or west coast port. We rarely ship to customers outside of North or South America and do not have an established account with a broker or international shipper/courier.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs are calculated and added at time of shipment.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on equipment that has been used in the field or on special order items.
Our instruments and repairs come with a 1 year warranty (parts and labor) for defects of material or workmanship. No warranties on damage caused by use.
