Service and Repairs
We offer a speedy and economical repair service.
We repair Waterline instruments as well as most other brands. We use our own Waterline parts on all repairs. We do our best to keep the customer in mind when diagnosing and performing repairs and are known to keep repair prices as economical as possible.
We strive to complete repairs within 24 hours whenever feasible.
Labor charges:
Fault diagnosis .... starts at $16.00
Depending on the condition and size of the instrument. If the repair is completed by Waterline, the diagnostic fee does not apply.
Splice coax cable .... $20.00
Attaching and calibrating a new section of coax.
Splice tape .... $28.00
Attaching and calibrating a new section of tape.
Attach probe to coax .... $16.00
Attach probe to tape .... $20.00
Clean and Service .... starts at $35.00Depending on the condition of the unit.
- Cleaning consists of cleaning the tape or coax, reel, and electronics
- Service consists of repairing any surface damage on the tape or coax and covering cuts, checking the electronics and battery, replacing any missing clips, and spot checking the calibration.
